Badger Bathrooms

When will you start work on my bathroom?

Once you place your order with us we ask for a deposit and we offer potential start dates.

We are busy and have several teams of installers on the go most times of the year, but we are particularly busy in the Spring and Summer, and in the weeks preceding Christmas. You will have less time to wait for your bathroom to be installed if you place your order in January or February, or possibly late Autumn. You are usually looking at somewhere between four and eight weeks waiting time for installation, sometimes longer, depending on our workload and the details of the installation.

Your provisional date of starting is always subject to many factors, such as timely completion of earlier projects, availability of the full team we had lined up to do the work for you, weather conditions etc. We cannot guarantee any exact start dates, and we will usually notify you the week preceding your provisional start date of when we anticipate the first start day.

We don't have teams of installers standing by in case of unforseen circumstances. If your installers are delayed on previous work, or if bad weather strikes, there may be a delay before we are able to start. In all the years we've been trading we've yet to be able to work out a way around this, but it is unavoidable. We won't take on installers we don't know just to start a job on time. That said, we do start the majority of installations on the provisional date given at order, but customers should be aware this can never be guaranteed.
